Holiday home management fees in Dubai
What Dubai holiday home and Airbnb management companies charge, from the fees they publish on their own websites, side by side. Plus what to check before comparing percentages.
The short answer
Dubai holiday home management companies that publish their fee charge a share of rental income, from about 12% to 20%. Most companies do not publish a fee and quote per property, and the real cost depends on what the percentage is calculated on and what is charged on top.

Questions
Management fees: common questions
How much do holiday home management companies charge in Dubai?
Among the companies that publish a fee on their own website, the management fee is a share of rental income, stated between about 12% and 20%. Most companies do not publish a fee and quote per property. Check what the percentage is calculated on and what is charged on top.
What is usually charged on top of the management fee?
Commonly cleaning between stays, linen, consumables, maintenance call-outs, furnishing or setup, and photography. Ask for a written list of every charge before you sign.
Is a lower percentage always cheaper?
No. A lower fee calculated on a different figure, or with more charges added on top, can cost more than a higher all-in fee. Compare the total you would pay on the same month of bookings.
