Method
How we compare holiday home companies
We publish this site and we run holiday homes ourselves. That is a conflict of interest, so the method is built to keep our opinion out of the comparison.
What goes in
- Only what a company states on its own website: what it offers owners, the Dubai areas it lists, whether it shows a licence number, whether it mentions an owner portal, and whether it publishes its fees.
- Every entry links to the pages we read and shows the date we checked them.
- Where we cannot find something, the entry says "not stated". That describes the website, not the company.
What stays out
- No scores, stars or rankings of other companies.
- No reviews, quotes or testimonials.
- No figures of our own about anyone's income, occupancy or size.
Order
Our own entry comes first and is marked "Our company", built from our own website the same way as every other entry. Everyone else is listed A to Z.
Corrections
If a company changes its website or we got something wrong, email reservations@famliving.com with the page that shows it, and we update the entry and its date.
